At their meeting last night, the Planning Commission unanimously approved a plan to consolidate two existing lots on East Reed Avenue and build 5 town homes with a over all gross floor area of 15,284 square feet.
The LEED certified homes will have detached garages accessed via an alley from Evans Lane.
